Saint Lucia launches new Soufriere Health & Wellness Retreat

Saint Lucia (September 19, 2011) – Saint Lucia announces the inaugural Health & Wellness Retreat,
November 17th to 20th, 2011, bringing together leading
experts in yoga, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching to offer a comprehensive
wellbeing package. Taking place in Soufriere, considered by many as the “Eden
of the Caribbean,” the retreat will span four days with tickets priced at US$1000.

Participants can engage in yoga and feng shui
workshops, pottery, art and photography classes, or get active with trail
hiking, climbing the famous Piton Mountains, kayaking, bicycling, snorkeling,
bird-watching and more. For the ultimate relaxation, guests can indulge in spa
treatments starting with the therapeutic benefits of Soufriere’s mineral and
mud baths. Lunch will be an interactive event with local chef demonstrations
